Quarterly Home Stewardship Subscription

A seasonal, preventative maintenance visit designed to keep your home healthy, stable, and predictable. Each visit includes a full walk‑around, interior checks, moisture pattern review, safety checks, and seasonal adjustments appropriate to the time of year.

This subscription is performed by a trained StructureSense worker following a standardized checklist built from a short visit with the Diagnostician who will map out your home and determine what each check-up needs.

Pricing

  • Small Home (under 1,500 sq ft): $99 / quarter

  • Medium Home (1,500–2,500 sq ft): $124 / quarter

  • Large Home (2,500–3,500 sq ft): $149 / quarter

  • Extra‑Large Home (3,500+ sq ft): $174 / quarter or custom quote

  • Exterior walk‑around

  • Crawlspace/attic observation (if accessible)

  • Filter checks and valve lubrication on all accessible water valves (This is a #1 failure in homes)

Exigent Circumstances Clause

Pricing is based on typical home size and conditions. Homes with unusually large square footage, complex layouts, multiple structures, or conditions requiring additional time may incur an adjusted rate. Any adjustments will always be discussed and agreed upon before service.

Annual Home Stewardship Check‑Up

$300 per year

A yearly, high‑level diagnostic review performed by the StructureSense diagnostician. This visit focuses on behavioral changes in the home, long‑term patterns, and early indicators of structural or environmental issues.

This is not a maintenance visit. It is a professional evaluation of the home’s overall health and trajectory.
